It depends on scope. A residential concept design takes 2 to 3 weeks. A full construction package with technical file, 8 to 12 weeks. In the first meeting we give you a locked schedule with delivery dates per stage.

Yes. Our main office is in Arequipa, but we work throughout Peru and with international clients too. Design, renders and branding are handled remotely without issue. For site supervision we schedule on-site visits according to the timeline.

Of course. If you already have drawings, we can do just the 3D visualization. We only need files in DWG, RVT, SKP, PLN or PDF with legible dimensions.

We work with 50% upfront to start and 50% on delivery. On larger projects we split payments by stage, following the approved schedule. We issue electronic invoices.

Revision rounds are defined in the proposal, based on the project's scope. They are always agreed in writing before we start, so there are no surprises. Changes that modify the original scope are quoted separately.

Yes, and that's exactly what sets us apart. We can create the project brand, the sales brochure, the landing page and the social media campaign. All in the same visual language as the architecture.
